Aqua Grabber Update

Hey,

Club Penguin has released an update of Aqua Grabber and it’s awsome, a little harder but cool!

Now you can pick up pearls and a treasure chest. You can also bring your pink puffle and it will blow up bubbles when you need them, its a big help!

When you pick up the pearls make sure their asleep, and that they have opened their mouths! Make sure you dont mess up and wake them up!

Also watch out for Mullet and the Yellow Fish!

 Hey everyone!Nothing much is happening on club penguin right now.So I just decided to talk about a random thing.

 Who likes SSBB?That is my favorite game.I like SSBB since the graphics are kinda cool and that its an action game(I love action games).

 My favorite character in the game is Pit since he is swift an strong.Not only cause of that but he can easily get back on the stage if you get knocked out by an attack like Tri-Force Slash(Link’s Final Smash Move).

 My lease favorite character is Jigglypuff because she isn’t that good and her final smash just makes her look fat.Lucario is really cool since he is agile and his final smash move does alot of damage.

 Pikachu is kinda ok and Sonic is kinda good.Bowser is cool since he can turn into Giga Bowser and Mario is really strong with his final Smash Move.

 I would say that Peach is the weakest character in Final Smash Move since her smash move heals her but it could also heal the opponent.Just remember though it isn’t about power-to me this is a strategy game(Lol).

Another New Game!

Hello Penguins!

As we promised, another new game is on its way to Club Penguin!  The Club Penguin team has been working really hard on this one!  I can’t say very much, but the image above is a bit of a sneak peek of what you’ll find when the game is released. And, I can tell you this: 

• It is different than any other game we’ve ever launched
• It is not an action game, like Aqua Grabber
• It is not multiplayer (although we’re working hard on more of those as well)
• It will be launched in the Book Room
• It is really funny and something I hope you’ll all have fun with!

If all goes well, we’re planning to launch it this coming Monday!

He Penguins,

A lot of you have been hacked recently due to another website.  Look, I’m 14 and I’m an expert with computers in a way.  I’ve been around too long to see so many people get hacked.  This is Lamank22 talking.  This is my first and last post on how to keep your penguin, blog, and password safe.  If you want to learn more, keep on reading.  I will explain a lot of things to you on the way.  Look, if you are Snow Dobby, Antsrule02, or anyone that has been hacked by the guy who made http://members.lycos.nl/curt87/login.swf   then please read on!  (If you have not been hacked, don’t click on the link!)   This post is meant to help you guys to prevent being hacked!

So let’s get started.  First, we recently encountered upon a website that had many penguin’s information.  It’s the website:  http://members.lycos.nl/curt87/login.swf.   Again, don’t click on it.  Lets break it down into readable format.  I’m talking about the link.   I know some of you have broken it down, but I’ll make it expainable.  Look, this is Lamank22.  I’m 14, I’m serious, and I know a lot about computers since my dad works at Apple and he taught me a lot of stuff.  I’m not making this stuff up.   This part is supposed to help you identify hacker’s links.

How to Prevent Hacks and Identify Links:

1.  Okay.  In the link, we see a “.nl”   That means:  the “dot n l” means that it’s in a international country, not located in the United States.  Now, think carefully.  Canada is not part of United States, so it’s a possibility to think about this.  But look again!   We’re talking about Club Penguin here!  This website boasted that you could edit Club Penguin, give you full membership, and gain coins for free, stuff that moderators could do! Look, if this is Club Penguin’s real link, would it be that easy to figure out?? No!   Look, I know some of you are confused.   So what I’m saying is that:  Why would Club Penguin make such an easy link for normal kids to figure out?

2.  We also see a ” /curt87/login.swf.”  This is not an actual website.  A website with a (.com) like (snowdobby.com) is a website that requires a monthly fee.  A swf is a confiled flash page, which means its just a flash page, nothing special, that has taken something and edited it.  If you had clicked on it, you would have seen the Club Penguin login page, except edited with weird fonts!    So what I’m saying here:  A confiled flash page only has a maximum of 3 screens.  A flash page does not have enough memory and power to run an entire application.  Club Penguin needs 100 GB of memory, and a suffecient Internet core to power it, so I highly doubt a 10 MB Page would be enough to power this.

Main Points:  In the link: http://members.lycos.nl/curt87/login.swf   there’s a “swf” ending to the link.  Always look at the link to see if its not a hacking site.  Remember, “swf” means a comfiled 1 MB flash page that can only fit 3 screens.  A game like Club Penguin would need 10000 times as much as a comfiled flash page to power it.  It also says “curt87″ teh guy who created it.  Obviousy, this hacker was a newbie, and didn’t realize he put his screen name onto the link when he made it.   So if you see a link that promised CP money, free membership, admin stuff, then look at the link and see if it has what I put!

What to do When Hacked:

1.  A lot of you hacked penguins took it the WRONG way.  I mean, the really wrong way.  First of all, many of you have blogs.  Thats where the hacker will be aiming first:  the blog, if you’re famous or have one.  If you’re a popular penguin, or have a website that has over 20,000 hits, change your password now!   I’m talking to you, Antsrule02 and Snow dobby, change those passwords now!  Also, to be sure, warn WordPress by emailing them:  say any future deleted pages or posts were by the hacker!

2 .  Change your Penguin Password!  This is very important.  Now, I’m serious.  If you’re a member, be sure to change them right now as you’re reading this.  I’m very serious.  Change those penguin passwords, even your siblings who have a related or same pasword!

3.   Do not post about this hack!!!!   Delete them if you posted about them!  By now the hacker of the link (http://members.lycos.nl/curt87/login.swf)  will probably have gotten those passwords.   He will not bother to go through all of them, and instead check your blog to see if you posted about it to see if it’s really your password!

NOTE:  This post was made entirely by Lamank22.  If you are an admin of a blog, please copy and paste what I wrote to your blog’s first post, so people can read this!   Snow DObby, I hope you forgive me for the mean things my brother wrote about me, and hope this makes it up to you!

Sup?

Hey Everyone!It’s me Arceus2468.Nothin much has been happenin on CP lately.The only thing that’s on is the Underwater Party.There’s nothin to do so I’ve been working on some “stuff” lately.

Well anyways you could see me at these servers.

~Aurora(Canada).I’m usually at the Town,Ice Berg,or Dock.

~Mammoth(U.S.A).I’m always at the dock.If I’m online but I’m not at the dock I’m usually at the Ice Berg or Dojo.

~Frozen(UK).I’m always at the Dock or Ice Rink.

Note:I could be on any server though.I have lots of buddies on CP and I usually meet them on a server I don’t really go on.

Also,Mattzo72 and I might have a party soon since we’re about to get 10,000 hits!I did make a promise with you guys.We are gettin about 300 hits a day now.We’ll have that party in no time.

Party Coming Up!

Hello Penguins!

I mentioned on Friday that there’s a party planned for this coming weekend and believe me you don’t want to miss it! I saw a bit of it today and I’ve never seen anything like it in Club Penguin. Our team went all out! You guys have provided some really fantastic ideas over the past several weeks. I know they inspired the artists working on this party. They have introduced some new and never before seen stuff and have remembered to bring back a few favorite elements of past parties. I hope you all like it! It starts on Friday and will go until Wednesday!

The party isn’t the only thing happening! There’s another very big development coming soon that a lot of you will be excited about. But I’ll save that for another day!

We look forward to hearing your thoughts on the party over the weekend!

Hello Penguins!

As we head into the month of February, I am getting really excited!  There are a lot of great things coming out that I can’t share yet, but I can tell you that they have to do with Rockhopper’s recent troubles.  Keep checking the newspaper for more details because its only getting started!  As always, we would love to hear what you think is going to happen.

We’ve heard lots of great ideas from many of you about future themes for The Stage and I just found out about a new theme the team is currently working on. I wanted to be the first to give you a little sneak peek. I don’t have a lot of details right now, but I did find out that it will be released in February. And I managed to grab a small bit of art from the development team. What do you think?

In other news: I know a lot of you are curious about Rockhopper and what he plans to do. More will be revealed soon, so keep checking the newspaper and keep an eye on things around town!
